The Avalon Greens II is a sprawling 20-acre community comprised of 264 one and two-bedroom homes in the southernmost part of the City of Carson. Our homeowners are from a variety of backgrounds and we are home to a diverse array of cultures, languages, religions, and backgrounds. We are a microcosm of the city and are proud to call AG2 home.

Here you will find a wealth of resources about our community, details regarding our Condominium Association, and updates about HOA meetings, community events, and other relevant information and resources.

In addition to our earth-toned building, our complex is home to multiple open green spaces, beautiful trees, and a wide variety of plants and flowers. Our common areas add depth and color to an otherwise urban neighborhood. It's a great place to take a walk or simply enjoy the view from your window.

Our community is home 58 quadruplexes and 16 duplexes with 132 units located within "the circle" and the other 132 units located adjacent to the circle in the upper northwest corner. We have assigned parking, assigned garages, and have the added security of a gated perimeter.
